Project Description:

 Removal of external condensing units and demolished the concrete pad. Removal of two wall-mounted receptacles, air compressors, electronic controls, thermostats, and all equipment associated with steam to hot water conversion and replacement with new. Installation of new reinforced concrete pad, AHU and condensing units, cabinetry, lighting, sprinklers, two ductless split systems, and supply and return ducting from the AHUs. Enlarging the opening from the louvers on the North side of the building and making all necessary repairs to brick and block to match existing. Extending hot water piping, added two freeze pumps, and Installed all required pipe insulation. Making required repairs to the roofing, curbs, and landscaping work on the outside of the building.
